In early 2001, Black Rock Development Inc. was founded with the sole purpose of creating first class waterfront and waterview developments and enhancing the lives of the public. Each year, Black Rock Development employs over 300 individuals as well as contributes thousands of dollars for the betterment of public causes. This, in addition to the amount of tax revenue generated from each project, is enough to say we are accomplishing our goal.
